Who can participate in the Early Readers Summer Reading Program?
Early Reader Summer Reading program is for children ages 4-6
The Early Reader Summer Reading program is geared towards children ages four to six who are not reading independently and includes virtual content, in-person programs, and activities. Children will use Beanstack or a paper log to track the minutes they spend reading with a caregiver.
In-person programs for Early Readers will be held Thursdays in June and July from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the library. Each week the program is different. Children do not have to attend every program to participate in the Summer Reading program. Adults must accompany children ages nine and younger.
