The Friends of the Chickasha Public Library is currently registering children under the age of 5 who reside in Grady County for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library.

This program is designed for children from birth to age five and will provide a new, free, age-appropriate book monthly to the enrolled child. Books are mailed directly to the child’s home until their fifth birthday.

Since launching in 1995, Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library has become the preeminent early childhood book gifting program in the world. The flagship program of The Dollywood Foundation has mailed well over 186 million free books in Australia, Canada, The Republic of Ireland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
