By the Friends of the Chickasha Public Library
The 14th annual ‘Chocolate Celebration’ fundraiser, sponsored by the Friends of the Chickasha Public Library, is Fri., Feb. 13, 2026 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Epworth Church Life Center, 4th and Iowa in Chickasha.
Tickets are available NOW at the Chickasha Public Library, from table sponsors and the Friends’ Board of Directors. Individuals purchasing tickets in advance of the event will be admitted before those who wait to buy a ticket at the door. Tickets are $6 for a gift box of six (6) individual servings selected by each shopper!
In addition to a ‘box of individual chocolates’, visitors may purchase whole cakes, plates of cupcakes, cookies, brownies, candy, pies, etc. on the ‘Bake Sale’ tables. These items do not have to be ‘chocolate’.
The ‘Chocolate Celebration’ is open to the community. Park in the north parking lot and enter through the double doors on the north side of Epworth Church. To date, 15 individuals, groups, and businesses have volunteered to be table sponsors with each providing at least 200 individual servings of chocolate treats at their tables.
If you would like to be a table sponsor, contact Angie at 405-779-6969 ASAP and let her know so a space can be reserved for you to be a part of this special event. Also, donations of items for the ‘Bake Sale’ tables are greatly appreciated. Bring them to the Epworth Church Life Center after 3pm on Feb. 13 to price and place on the tables.

Volunteers will be available on Tuesday mornings, Thursday evenings, and Friday mornings, and each appointment includes one federal and one state tax return. A second tax return will require a separate appointment.
You will need to pick up and complete an intake booklet before your appointment to make sure you have all of the required documents. If you are a new client, social security cards will also be required for all individuals listed on the return.
