Image of library director lillie huckaby introduces a letter from the director. Lets talk about the library!
Dear Library e-Patrons,
I know many of you are greatly enjoying the refreshing exterior painting of the library. Much of the building looks great now. However, the building is not completely refreshed, there is more to go. I would like to appeal to e-book readers to help. I think many of you do your reading through the OK Virtual Library and thus you don’t come into the library often, but you read books. What are your favorite titles? There are many panels available for sponsorship. In all honesty they are not as visible as what has already been painted, however it’s still a great opportunity for you to share in the fun of selecting titles and having them visible for all to see. The panels still available are $300 each on the southeast side, you may select one title or several, up to 15. The artists are Adam and Amber Heilman. The money goes directly to them. Will you help refresh the look of the library? You can call the library 405-222-6075 and ask for me or email me at Lillie.huckaby@chickasha.org.
Thanks for being great library customers,
Sincerely,
Lillie Huckaby
