Meeting Rooms

The Chickasha Public Library has a large meeting room and a conference room available for use. Either may be reserved by calling the Library at (405) 222-6075.

To reserve, we will need this information:

• Name of group

• Date of meeting

• Beginning and ending time

• Size of group

• Name and phone number of a contact person

There is no charge for non-profit groups.

The charge for private individuals and for-profit groups is $50 for four hours and $100 for 8 hours. Payment can be made by either cash or check.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room will hold around 70 people, or 40 at tables. There are 10 tables and 100 chairs are available for use. Other equipment includes a kitchenette for light refreshments, microwave, and refrigerator.

Conference Room

The Conference Room will seat 8-10 people around a large table. It is appropriate for small boards or committees. Please note the Conference Room is only available during Library hours. Reservation requests can be made by filling out the form below, in person, or by phone.
